Late Notice / Emergency orders

I require 7days notice on all cakes. I am however able to accept late notice orders with under 7days notice depending on availability but they are subject to a £20 late notice fee. Emergency orders with 72hours – 36 hours notice are subject to a £50 late fee.

Collection and Delivery

I only offer delivery on large tiered cakes or orders over £350. All other orders are collection only. Collection is in Dagenham, East London/Essex.
Each customer is given a collection window around the time they have said is convenient for them and also works for me. Please arrive within that hour slot. If you are running late or early please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate that if possible. Do not show up outside of your collection window without informing me prior.
If you are unable to come and collect your cake then you can book any Uber and I will place it in the Uber to deliver it to you.

Deposits and Payments

If the order is £40 or under it requires a full payment at confirmation of the order. If above £40 then it’s a 50% deposit then the remainder is due before the cake leaves my premises at collection. All payments are made via a payment link sent with your invoice which accepts debit card, credit card and Apple/google Pay payments.

Cake care

The cake must be held from the base of the box and not the sides to ensure stability and prevent any chance of it slipping or hitting the side of the cake

Transporting cakes

The cake must be placed in the passenger’s footwell with the heating off to ensure it is on a flat surface and cool enough to prevent any damage to the buttercream used.

Signing-off cakes

Upon the full payment being made before collection each customer is sent full aftercare and transportation instructions which you must read to ensure your cake is not damaged in transit or once you get home.
Upon collecting your cake you must sign off that you are happy with it and any damages you incur once it leaves my premises are your responsibility not mine.

Cancellation Policies

Deposits are non refundable however if you cancel with over 72hours notice your deposit can be carried over and used towards a cake for another date. If you cancel your order with less than 72hours notice your deposit will be lost.
