The Owner
At the heart of Baked By Nes is Anesu, fondly known as “Nes,” the creative genius and passionate baker who turns flour and sugar into unforgettable masterpieces. From a young age, Anesu was drawn to art and in her late teens baking became an outlet for her to express her artistic flair though cake artistry. She found joy in the process of transforming simple ingredients into delightful creations that bring smiles to people’s faces.
With an innate talent for design and a deep love for flavors, Anesu’s journey began in July 2019 when a friend sent her an instagram reel of cake decorating and asked her to try it as she already decorated cupcakes for fun so thought she could take on the challenge. She quickly learnt how to ice celebration cakes through copying videos and opened BakedbyNes in October 2019 as what started as a hobby quickly evolved into a thriving business, thanks to her dedication to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Anesu’s unique approach lies in her ability to merge artistry with craftsmanship. She’s not just a baker—she’s a storyteller, creating custom cakes that reflect the individuality of each client and the essence of every celebration. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence have earned her an excellent reputation.
Beyond the kitchen, Anesu is a visionary entrepreneur who believes in the power of community and connection.
