London Delivery

  • Standard – £15, with free delivery for orders over £50.
  • For same-day London delivery, please place your order before 2:00 PM, Monday – Friday.
  • For same-day London delivery on Saturdays, orders must be placed before 10:00 AM.

Nationwide Delivery

  • Standard – £20. A next-day nationwide delivery service is available Tuesday – Saturday for orders placed by 2:00 PM the previous day.

Each cake and pastry will arrive with detailed care instructions to ensure freshness and quality. Please note that certain delicate products are only available for London delivery due to their fragile nature.

1. Transportation
  • Hold the cake box flat and steady while carrying it. Avoid tilting or placing it on an uneven surface during transportation. It is best placed in the footwell of the passenger side of the car.
  • Keep the cake box away from direct sunlight or heat sources, as this can affect the buttercream and structure.
2. Storage
  • Store in a cool, dry place if serving on the same day. If not, place the cake in the fridge.
  • Ensure the cake is kept in its box to protect it from dust and odours in the refrigerator.
3. Before Serving
  • Bring the cake to room temperature for about 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving to enhance its flavours and texture.
  • Use a sharp, clean knife to slice the cake for neat servings.
5. Special Note for Tiered Cakes
  • If the cake has support structures (e.g., dowels), remove them before slicing.
